RDevine has been in business for about two years. Originally it was created as a line under the umbrella company of ROCKDEEP INC. It was through the planning of our wedding that we revamped and relaunched RDevine in 2014.
With ROCKDEEP INC. as our parent company, strong relationships have been established with reputable vendors. We work closely with our own factory overseas, and have been for the past couple years. We communicate daily as to maintain the quality of our work.
There is absolutely no catch! We know it seems too good to be true, but believe us it's not. As stated above, we work closely with our own factory....therefore cutting out all the extras. In the fashion world these days, you aren't paying just for materials and labor; you are paying for the designer name. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the process isn't any different. Big companies bank on you NOT knowing that.
As one regular person to another....we want to let you know, all that isn't necessary. So, we cut out all the extra and are giving you the same quality product, but at a price that won't break the bank.
So you might have noticed that there aren't any numerical sizes listed. You also might have noticed that it only lists the word "Custom."
All our wedding attire is custom made to fit each individual. That being said, we don't have any inventory or stock laying around. This is a great thing for you though! That means you are getting a brand spankin' new item perfectly tailored to you. The sizes needed are listed under the description. Even though the dress is made to your measurements, you still will probably have to do a few quick fixes with your local tailor. Don't be alarmed! The dresses are normally made with 1-2 inches (approximately) of extra room to accommodate any measurement changes from the time you order, to the time you receive your dress/suit.
1. Always wear the right lingerie when getting measured. Try to make it the actual bra and panties you plan on wearing under your wedding dress. Also, try to get measured in nothing but those items. This will help ensure that you're getting the most accurate measurements for the gown you want.
2. Have someone else do the measuring and then another person write the measurements down. Then have them switch to double check the numbers.
3. Use a cloth measuring tape. This measuring device is designed to go around curves and give accurate measurements for dressmaking.
4. Keep in mind that wedding dresses are usually made one or two sizes larger than standard dress sizes. So don't be alarmed if you're measurements say that you're one size but the website says you'll need a larger dress.

Currently, RDevine does not provide alterations because currently we are exclusively an online store. However, we plan to open our first flagship store in the Washington D.C. area within the year (2017).
Do you have any new styles,or do you just offer the styles listed?
Styles are always changing and as a business we are forever growing, so always be on the look out for new product. Whether it is from the wedding line, or on the casual side, you will see our season lines as well as premiered product sections will be listed and sectioned off.
We have a few custom options for our customers. You have the option making adjustments to the dress designs that we have listed. You can add or remove small details as you please. The price will vary depending on customization.

Help! I fell in love with a dress at the bridal salon but it's out of my budget. Can you help?
Believe it or not, we get this question a lot. We all know that once you slap the word "wedding" on something, the price escalates. Bridal boutiques and salons are no exception. That being said we have brides who have found their dream dress at a salon or boutique, and realize only after they have the dress on that it's outside their budget.
That's where we come in. We are able to recreate that style all while adding your own personal flair to it...at an affordable price.
Can't seem to find your style in the stores? This is not an issue!
Just consider it thinking outside the box. You might have a vision in your head....but no matter what you try on, nothing is giving you that "feeling" that you were hoping for. So why not let us help you! We will work with you and put together all the concepts and ideas of your dream dress on paper. We then take that idea and put into motion. You receive updates with pictures along the way so that you never feel like you are left in the dark. That way if there is something you don't like, or something you want to add we can make it happen!
Our sketching fee is $50.
The sketching fee comprises of actual sketches that are created after we discuss your vision and put it on paper. You won't be charged for creating a "Frankenstein" image of your attire. A Frankenstein image is essentially when we piece together different images together to create a look. A sketch is when those images are actually combined and the concept is executed.
All our custom dresses cap off at $1,000. Often time we are able to keep it under that price point. Attire (especially dresses) that has extra detail such as heavy lace and beading tends to average closer to the higher end.

For our wedding related items, we usually give a time frame of 2-3 months. Most times, we are able to complete the wedding gown in less time, however we like to give ourselves a bit of wiggle room just in case we are dealing with a high volume of orders.
For all our casual items, they are usually shipped within 2 weeks time period. If you need your purchase expedited...please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Regardless of item, you will receive a tracking number from us as soon as your package is shipped. That way you are able to track the status of your item(s) at all times.
You are able to return our wedding attire, however due to the custom nature of the items, we will only refund you 50% of your total. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be in it's original packaging and in unused condition. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Returns can take up to 30 days to process, however this is dependent on your bank and other factors. Typically our returns are processed much sooner than stated above.

Return policy for non-wedding items:
To qualify for a return, you have to return your item within 30 days of your transaction.
If purchase comes in a specialty box, then box must be returned with purchase.
Intimates & Swimwear can NOT be returned. This policy is strictly for hygiene protocol.
You will receive the refund once we receive your return. If item is received in damaged or worn condition, refund will not be issued.
What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale, or used a promo code on?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
